The black Nazi community has all or most (I think all) T-Mobile-based lifeline providers. They might remote-change your APN, too, so that even an unlocked phone's APN cannot be changed. If it's fast.t-mobile.com, the phone isn't under your control.
As your call activity doesn't show with the issuer of your number (or not all of it), that helps to not be caught be law enforcement when you're dead. It makes it impossible for you to call for help. Your calls would be redirected. That's the only reason why this Nazi community can "vanish" people on a large scale, for a long time.
Many appear to be from a company called "Portfolio Recovery Associates", a more than shady company with what appears to be fake identities (at least some, I didn't look at every single employee), analogue to other fake companies we found and reported.
