I'm repeating the same over and over again, because all banks who were taken down by the financial industry engage in the same hard-to-believe activity:
They stalk people, to death or nearly to death (some just into mental facilities or jails) to steal their accounts, assets, and identities.

SEB Bank doesn't have an article yet, but the same problem. It's a German bank, and I received an inheritance on there. The account is frozen, so that nobody can get the money.
All of my accounts are frozen, and nobody can get my accounts, whether I'm dead or alive.
Many of the banks who lose their banking license also lose their ability to perform manual transactions shortly after (because they immediately tried to scam.)
All transactions are looked at, and identities are properly checked.
The goal is that not a single gang stalker can cash out balances of stalking victims of the Illuminati New World Order.
This is war, and the respective government/Army/Mafia/Klan/Gang will go after these mass murderers.
I don't expect many court trials.
