None of them has a valid ID. I wondered how you can get car insurance and a sticker (annually, like in Germany) for your number plate. They once called the police on me, and they should not even have stopped me, it was just a few days after, and I was just too stalked to think of it.
However, none of them HAS an ID, birth certificate or valid sticker on their plate.
No wonder they don't leave. The first real cop WOULD stop them, but most of the survivors are here. Many have left the US or are in Vegas. I even found a stalked cop FROM here (Illinois)... Benjamin.
