- manual blocking of debit cards, posting of charges, and pretty much every other scam possible with access to the banking interfaces
- cashing out checks to gang stalkers without as little as a physical fake identity
- purchases from the accounts of stalking victims
- murdering people before they received an inheritance,"parking" the money on another account in their name (until they're dead)
- streaming of stalking calls on a gang stalker virtual machine, for public amusement.

The Bank for International Settlement ended the sadistic crime-streak of the lesser creatures who murdered at BMO Harris, under the brand name "Illuminati." They also use the term "New World Order", and are under the impression any order in the world would keep sadistic little murderers and scammers around.
