The deadline for compliance (requires a 30-day stress test, so it's really one month earlier) is 31 December 2023. It's a hard deadline. On January 1st, non-compliant banks will be eliminated.

My top of the pops employees include two folks from the BIS, and the programmer of the only (currently) available tools to achieve the required transparency, security for reporting, fraud management, risk-mitigation, and security.

We assume banks, who do not order lists of stolen and fraudulent accounts, have no interest in returning stolen payments to their "customers", the rightful owners.

Again, if you are not compliant until the end of this year (calculate a 30-day stress test), your bank will be eliminated. It will go to the elites, who will clean up the mess.
That said, we received massive orders today, from all Vanguard/Blackrock/Elite controlled banks, and then some. The longer stalkers wait, the less likely we can help them before the time is up.
