Another Amazon Stalking Chat

After receiving false information yesterday, I understood that the Amazon customer service system is taken-over as a whole.

There's no way to send a letter, get a call through to real Amazon leadership, or get to their real customer service. It's as if they run on a server in Afghanistan now. If a real CS joins, they kick him out.

On a positive note, the BBB forwarded my letter.

However, before that happened, I was treated to another unbelievable, hour-long stalking chat, in which Amazon agents (or not) repeatedly shared the same false information as yesterday, and then also a fake email.

My goal? I wanted them to forward my link or letter to their legal department. Doesn't sound like a 4 or 5 hour ordeal, does it?
